We source from trusted fishermen and producers across the country, building on relationships formed over our years in professional kitchens. Home cooks deserve access to the same calibre of ingredients and trust in where they’ve come from. That’s why each fillet you take home from Portside has passed through just two sets of hands: ours, and the experts who caught it.
We’re guided by the water and the people who know it best. Where they lead, we follow. The seasons tell us what to catch and what to cook, and ensures we only take what the ocean can give.
