Ethically farmed in Noojee, Victoria, our whole alpine trout is de-boned and trussed by our team, before we season and stuff with with a ras el hanout spice mix and curry leaf. All that’s required from you is to take it home, drizzle it with some extra virgin olive oil and salt, and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at around 180 degrees. Very little work for a lot of enjoyment.
