Parsley Butter

Vibrant parsley meets silky butter in a blend that’s fresh, green and delicately aromatic with a hint of earthiness thanks to local button mushrooms. A classic, elevated finish for any cooked fish. Our favourite is dolloped on locally harvested whelks before they sit under an oven grill for 10 minutes. L'escargot of the sea.
